With this blog you can have a look at some e-Twinning projects of CEIP GRAXAL in CAMBRE ( Northwest-Spain) which supposed for this school an interesting and attractive way to learn English , crossing the diverse contents located in other curriculum subjects . Thus you could add the advantages of intercultural education to the benefits of improving language skills .Moreover you can find another activities related to English learning in CEIP GRAXAL , for example, a Language Immersion Course , or practical tips for ICT in learning activities .

But that´s not all what it offers. You can find here : newspapers , magazines, games , weather forecast , songs ....or some video clips in which our pupils speak about migratory birds of O Burgo Estuary or explain part of the History of O Burgo Bridge.
Of course , in this introduction I want to thank all those people from around the world that are visiting this blog . I hope you find it interesting .

Neste blog exponse unha visión retrospectiva dos proxectos eTwinning do CEIP GRAXAL de CAMBRE , vista por cursos e temas , e tamén , outras interesantes experiencias relativas ao ensino do inglés deste centro educativo , entre elas , o seu carácter pioneiro , a nivel galego , dos cursos de Inmersión Lingüística .
E ademais enlaces a diversas publicacións en lingua inglesa , axeitadas para os diferentes tipos de lectores ; ao tempo atmosférico , a cancións (unha morea delas , e cando se tercie , pode haber máis ) , ao deporte rei , a páxinas con artigos de interés sobre o sistema educativo e educación para a convivencia , a información dos ámbitos cultural e natural do Concello de Cambre , a xogos didácticos , a web sites educativos e/ou relacionados coa moral e a ética pública , tan de actualidade nestes momentos no que a corrupción avanza tan rápido como se ralentizan os servizos públicos esenciais .
En definitiva , de todo un pouco ,vertebrado sobre 6 eixos que son : educación , eTwinning , inglés , cultura , Cambre e CEIP GRAXAL.

Nesta introdución , ademais , quero agradecer o interés amosado polos visitantes que desde diversas partes do mundo achéganse a este Blog e, especialmente , polos procedentes da comunidade educativa do CEIP GRAXAL DE CAMBRE pola súa fidelidade e constancia . Comunidade esta , que sempre estivo moi atenta e receptiva ás innovacións pedagóxicas .

COMMON CULTURAL HERITAGE.AN ILLUSTRATED ALBUM

During this school year two projects were promoted by our school . LET´S SAVE THE FOREST KINGDOM, about environmental issues focused on the forests . We shared information with several schools of Central , East and South Europe . Our pupils collected data on original trees and plants of Galicia and made different activities with them . We enjoyed with the works which sent us our European friends .

COMMON CULTURAL HERITAGE. AN ILLUSTRATED ALBUM was a motivating project to work on some parts of our cultural and natural heritage , such as The tower of Hercules and The Cies Islands
